A 20% deposit will be required to secure the appointment.
The remainder of the payment can be paid on the same day of the appointment via bank transfer or debit/credit card (EFTPOS).
Clients are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes prior to their appointments. Clients are expected to get in touch if they are running late. Clients who fail to arrive on time or don’t get in touch are at risk of losing the appointment and the deposit.
Maximum tolerance waiting time is 15 minutes.
The makeup application process takes around 60 minutes per person.
In case the service is mobile, 20 minutes should be allocated for makeup artist setup.
Clients are requested to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face before their appointment.
Please avoid Botox or filler for at least 2-3 weeks before your makeup appointment or wedding.
Deposits are non refundable or transferable.
The required time to give notice for canceling an appointment should be at least 1 week in advance.
A credit note will be issued only if the appointment cannot be upheld due to reasons beyond the makeup artist’s and client's control, such as emergency situations (e.g., COVID lockdowns). Event cancellations, illness, travel issues, double bookings, change of mind, work duties, and similar circumstances do not qualify for a credit note.

The virtual signature of an agreement is required to book the service.
A 30% deposit will be required to secure the date.
All fees must be paid at least 24 hours before the wedding day via bank transfer or credit card payment link.
The makeup artist will have the right to digital videos and images taken by herself or the professional photographer and reserves the right to use them for advertising, social media, or display of any other purpose. Unless the bride specifically requests not to do it in written form.
If the wedding moves to another year there will be an increase in the price for the new fees of the new year.
There is a minimum requirement of 2 makeup applications for a booking. More people can be added but the makeup artist must be given notice in advance and reserves the right to turn down the additional application requests depending on her availability.
20 minutes should be allocated for the makeup artist set up, 70 minutes should be allocated for each makeup application.
There will be a charge if the bridal party is late, tolerance waiting time is 15 minutes maximum. It is recommended for each person to be ready 5 minutes before the arranged time.
In the unlikely event that the makeup artist is seriously injured or becomes too ill to work at your event, the makeup artist will make every effort to secure a suitable replacement makeup artist.
